Refund policy
Frenchy's Facials is committed to providing high quality products to all of our customers. For that reason, your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority, even in the process of returning or exchanging our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in new, unaltered and unused condition. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Frenchy's Facials' discretion. Please note our criteria for evaluating our returns is subjective and can depend on a case to case basis.
If you have decided to return a product, please contact our customer service at frenchy@frenchysfacials.com before returning your item. You will need your email address and order number.
Request to Return or Exchange
If you are not feeling completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to return it for a refund or exchange within (7) business days after your confirmed delivery. After the product is returned and inspected, we will offer an exchange or refund only.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be accompanied with the receipt, or proof of purchase and be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- In original condition with original packaging
- Must not be a sale item
REFUND
If the product is returned within (30) days of the original purchase and is accompanied by its proof of purchase, you will automatically receive your refund in the form of your original payment, excluding any shipping costs. A restocking fee, however; will be applied to your return. The restocking fee is 15% of the full retail price.
Please allow 8-10 business days processing time after we receive your returned item for the refund to be posted to your account. Refunds are only accepted if the returned product meets the criteria
We do not accept returns and / or refunds on the following:
- Sale products
- Gift cards
- Open or Used Items
For purchases made online
An online purchase can be returned to us by mail or by bringing it to our location in Rhode Island. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.
Returning your online order to our spa
To avoid return shipping costs and speed up your refund, you may bring returned products to our spa. Simply bring the product(s) you wish to return to the spa with its original email order confirmation, and all original packaging materials. If you are unable to locate your email order confirmation, you can print it by logging in to your account.
If you return the product within 30 days of the original purchase and it's accompanied by its original email order confirmation, you will receive your refund in the form of your original payment. In all other cases, the refund will be made in the form of an in-store credit.
Returning your online order by mail
If you choose to mail your return to us, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges. If you return a product within 30 days of the delivery date, you will receive your refund in the form of your original payment. If payment was made with a store Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of a Frenchy's Facials Gift Card.

Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund. However, if the return was not a result of our error, we are not able to refund your original shipping charges.
